How long will it take to complete my custom fit order?
Because we custom fit every item to your exact specifications, there are no 'off the shelf' items and so dispatch can take up to three working days. After this point, delivery will be dependent on which service you choose but will be within the timeframes quoted.

Which shipping company do you use?
We primarily use Fedex for our domestic and international deliveries. Some smaller items may ship with USPS.

How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card on our secure online web payments system, or via PayPal.

Do you accept returns?
For any item we've custom-built for you, we do not accept returns. For off the shelf items like bags or shoes, we do accept returns as long as the item is new and unused. Send the item back to us at your expense, and we'll refund you when it is back (or exchange if you prefer). Please contact us before doing so so we can make the necessary preparations.

Do your products have a warranty?
Every new item we sell has a 12 month warranty during which time we will repair, replace or refund with no cost ot you.
